Sometimes we order new equipment from retail stores like Walmart or Amazon which can damaged by either accident or purposely which we require any reports to ensure the equipment arrives either damaged or intact/functional to make sure that we can get it either replaced or returned before the third-parties 30 day return period or if we need to take legal action,
